History on the Heath

Michael Griffith 1F08/1F08A • Thu 07 March 2019 17:30-18:30

Dr Emma Cavell will be helping us celebrate Women's History month by talking about her research on the experiences of medieval women living in Wales and the marches

Hear about the new ways Women's History is being examined and revised by researchers. This promises to be an interesting and engaging look at the assumptions we make about women's roles in history and how historians and other researchers can challenge them.

Dr Emma Cavell will be helping us celebrate Women's History month by talking about her research on the experiences of medieval women living in Wales and the marches.

The event starts at 17:30 and will be in Michael Griffith 1F08/1F08A on Heath Campus. We'll be organising a taxi for members traveling from Cathays.

This event is a Give it a Go and so you don't need to be a CUSWG member to attend. Tickets are free and are available here!
