🥾 The Hike and Dip
We’ll hike along the beautiful Elidir Trail for about an hour before reaching the stunning waterfall Sgwd Ddwli, where we’ll enjoy a refreshing dip!
On the way, we’ll pass by Sgwd-y-Bedol, the iconic horseshoe-shaped waterfall (not suitable for swimming, but a great photo stop!). The walk is mostly moderate with a few steeper sections — nothing too strenuous.
After our swim, we’ll find a nice spot to relax and enjoy lunch before heading back. If time allows, we might swing by the beloved Lady Falls (Sgwd Gwladus) for an extra dip!
Depending on timings there will also be a chance for a well-earned post-hike/dip pint back at The Angel Inn before returning to Cathays.
