Event Information

We are pleased to announce that, in conjunction with HYBU, we will be attempting to break the record for the Most Harry Potters in one place!

The attempt will take place on Saturday 11th March at Y Plas, Cardiff University Students Union. The event will start at 11am, with the record count taking place at 1pm, and finish at 2:30pm.

To be counted in the record your costume MUST have the following items;
A black robe/cloak
A wand
A pair of glasses
A lightening bolt scar (drawn on is fine for us muggles)

The cost to take part in this event is £5.00 per adult. Children up to the age of 17 will be FREE*. During the event, participants will need to be counted and anyone not dressed up will have to excluded. For this reason we do not suggest children under the age of 5 attend. If you wish to remain with your child during the counting then you will need to be dressed up. Please bear this in mind when planning your day.

Entry to the world record includes magical free pizza (its magical because its free!) and refreshments, a free wand to go with your Harry Potter outfit and the chance to have your photo taken at Platform 9 3/4 and as a Prisoner of Azkaban.
