ROOM CHANGE 2nd FLOOR NEXT TO JOB SHOP

 

This session is a one-off volunteering opportunity. You can stay as long or as little as you like. These hours will count towards your volunteering hours if logged on the online system.

Bare Necessities is a student-led project founded by a student. It accepts local donations and donations from across Britain of toiletries, sanitary products, and makeup. These are then unpackaged quality checked and sorted into categories and put into little gift bags ready to go to those who need it most.

This event the donations will be going to:

Women's Aid:  which aims to provide life-saving services and build a future where domestic violence is not tolerated.

Salvation Army and purple bus project: The Salvation Army’s Bus Project – a drop-in center in a bus, which serves tea, coffee and sandwiches to homeless people every night in the city center. Also Females in youth hostels.

ACE Cardiff: providing extra items for their food donations.

Snacks will be provided if you would like to come to please 'buy' a free ticket so we know numbers but feel free to turn up.
