Film night: Nerve

Wednesday 01 March 2017, 7:30pm - 11pm

The Lounge, 3rd floor

Event Information

Join us for a social media and internet themed film night of the 2016 smash hit 'Nerve'. The screening is free, so if you don't fancy going out, come along to The Lounge and join us!

Before the feature film, we will be showing the short film, 'All My Happy Friends', created by Paul Allen (Cardiff alumnus who now works in the Film Unit & School of Psychology).

What's the plan?

  • Just bring yourself, there's no need to bring a ticket or print out, but please sign up online so we know numbers.
  • The feature film starts at 20:00, and should be finished between 22:00-23:00.
  • The film itself is entirely free.
  • Bring any drinks, ice cream or snacks you want.

What is 'Nerve' about?

A high school senior finds herself immersed in an online game of truth or dare, where her every move starts to become manipulated by an anonymous community of "watchers."
