Event Information

At the end of this course you should be able to:

• Assess an incident
• Provide CPR aid to an unresponsive casualty
• Provide first aid to a casualty who is choking
• Provide first aid to a casualty with external bleeding
• Provide first aid to a casualty who is in shock
• Provide first aid to a casualty with minor injuries

Conditions for attending 1^st Aid Courses 

• We expect you to arrive at least 5 minutes before a course is due to begin
• If you are unable to attend a course, please email fastwales@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible and mark the subject line “From a Cardiff student”
• If you are unable to attend and do not advise us beforehand you will lose your course fee
• If you do advise us beforehand we will look to transfer you to another date subject to availability
• If you subsequently cannot attend a later date and have advised us beforehand we will consider a refund
• To get the most out of the course we advise that you actively participate in all of the activities
