Managing Stress during your Master's Degree (Online Workshop)

This workshop will provide an overview of the effects of stress and will explore how stress might detrimentally impact Master’s degree students. It will provide practical tips on how to reduce the impact of chronic stress.
The workshop will be run by a member of the Student Health and Wellbeing team as well as a Postgraduate Wellbeing Champion who is studying for a Master's degree and can:
- Provide a much valued peer’s perspective on specific challenges you might be facing right now
- Offer suggestions on how to tackle future challenges
