Sales Skills Workshop 10/12/21

Everyone needs to be able to use selling skills. Providing information in the correct fashion about what your job, department and organisation is all about to interested personnel is absolutely vital if you want to them to engage with you. This unit therefore focuses on the consumer journey and how the seller must adapt their style and approach with different personality types. We will also explore consumer legislation as part of after-care responsibilities.
Please adhere to the following instructions when you've booked our face to face taught workshops:
- Do NOT attend if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell
- Wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitizer provided in the training rooms
- Clean down the surface of desks prior to and after attending the workshops using the substance and cloths provided
- Wear masks throughout the building and if instructed to during the session by the trainer.
