Assertiveness - an essential skill for everyday interactions. Do you ever wish you had that little bit more self-confidence to be able to let people know how you feel, to delegate or make yourself heard? Do you have trouble saying “no” when that is exactly what you want to convey? This workshop explores the different kinds of behaviours which have an adverse effect upon working and personal relationships. It also aims to help improve your confidence so that you will be able to state your points in a firm but assertive way.
