Hi, my name is Libby, and I am a trained Yoga instructor. I firstly started off with Ballet but discovered it wasn’t right for me. After feeling stressed and lost I discovered Yoga. So I went to Bali to train as a Yoga instructor.
Yoga has truly helped me and I hope it can help you.
My lessons consist of stretching, breathing techniques and meditation. If attending the lesson please bring your own mat f you have one, and water.

Please adhere to the following instructions when you've booked our face to face taught workshops:
- Do NOT attend if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell
- Wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitizer provided in the training rooms
- Clean down the surface of desks prior to and after attending the workshops using the substance and cloths provided
- Wear masks throughout the building and if instructed to during the session by the trainer.
