Fitness-focussed class led by CUTKD's legendary Master Matthews VII Dan - introducing techniques used for ITF Tae Kwon-Do, Sparring, Self-Defence, Strength & Conditioning and Cardio. Join for a short and sweet session each Monday 19:15-19:45 spanning 3 weeks from 08 March 2021!
