Stretches for Skating Skills

Join CUISC for an evening of exercises and stretches designed to help your flexibility, strength, balance and overall fitness!

No need to have even ice skated before, our sessions are tailored to everyone. Our two 30 minute sessions spread over a week will teach you everything you need for when you can step back on the ice again, as well as prepare you for many other sports. All you need is an exercise mat, no ice skates required surprisingly! See you there!
