Join Cat for a heart led practice beginning with breathwork to tune into the language of the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a heart opening movement practice, and winding down with meditation and relaxation. This session is a safe container where you are invited to slow down and tune inwards. The movements will be accessible for all bodies and require minimal space so you can join the practice from whatever space you have available.
