This is the perfect introduction to mountain biking in Wales! It is for all abilities but do be prepared for the cycle up the Taff Trail to get there. We do require that you come with a helmet, working bike, suitable shoes/clothing & ensure you have enough food/water with you for a few hours. Meeting in between Taly North & South at 10 am - there will be people there early so you can't miss us!
