This is a chance to find out what triathlon club swim sessions are like. The sessions will be freestyle focused and over the year we will cover a variety of intensities and distances, as well as doing some technique work. For this session you will need a swimming costume/swimming trunks, and a swim cap and goggles. Meet at Starhub Leisure centre for a 7.30am start. You will need to come with your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a face covering to wear in the leisure centre.
