Event Information

Saturday sessions take place at 09:30 in Bute Park, or on the hills of Cardiff. These sessions involve shorter, intense reps with longer static recovery or a series of hill efforts. This provides a strong cardio workout and boosts your top-end race pace, hopefully resulting in a faster race pace and quick finish!

On a monthly basis, we attend parkrun at 09:00 (COVID dependent), as an opportunity to push ourselves against the clock. These sessions are open to all abilities and are for you to push your own limits. With other friendly triathletes (to chase if you want) you can enjoy a warm welcome to HIIT sessions.

As ever, all you need is suitable sportswear and to please be mindful of social distancing requirements.
