Event Information
Thursday's social runs are an opportunity to see the sights of Cardiff and socialize with your fellow triathletes at a relaxed and chatty pace, whilst still consolidating strength and base fitness. With 3,6 and 9 mile options there is something for everyone, and with each route having a front and rear runner there is no need to worry about getting lost or dropped!
We meet at the back of the SU (Ruthin Gardens) for an 18:30 start.
Typically we would run with our friends at CUAC, but until the COVID situation improves we will be alternately running out to the Bay and Roath areas of Cardiff.
As ever, all you need is appropriate sportswear (preferably Hi-Viz) and please be mindful of social distancing requirements.
