Event Information
One of our 3 running sessions a week is Tempo Tuesdays! Here we'll do some continuous running at varying intensities throughout, which will really help boost your fitness and speed when it comes to race day.
We will meet at the back of the Students' Union at 18:20, ready for a 18:30 start. We'll jog over to a nearby park where the session will be held. You'll get the chance to run with people of similar abilities while still training with the whole club. All abilities welcome!
Please note there will not be anywhere to leave bags. Try to come in the kit you'll be running in, and perhaps bring some water if you think you might need it!
