Kickboxing

This session will give you the full experience to what our regular training sessions include, for if you are a complete beginner or if you have previous martial arts experience, we cater for everyone to get stuck into the session and have fun. You will be running through different kickboxing techniques and drills which will allow you to partner up and meet a whole new world of people. So come along and get involved!
