The Wetland Ecological Bird Survey (WeBS) is done once a month at Roath Park Lake. These counts are important BTO surveys and contribute to an ongoing data set across the U.K. It's a fantastic way to learn and practice identification skills, help the conversation of wetland birds, and will stand out on your CV. Come along for a practice session, and see what its all about! No experience needed. Followed by a stop at the cafe after, so bring along some money if you will want to buy a drink.
