Do you have what it takes to lead an organisation with 25,000 student members and a £7.6m annual turnover?
Are you interested in representing students on a local and national level?
Furthermore, do you want to gain invaluable experience that will prove highly beneficial when entering the world of work?
The Students' Union exists to represent the academic, welfare and recreational needs of its students. At the head of this organisation is a team of six full-time and fourteen part-time paid student representatives, each of whom is elected by the student body to campaign constantly on their behalf.
So, if you want to be in a position where you really can enhance the University experience of your fellow students, why not stand for election?
Click here to find out more about the various roles, and come along to one of our two 'Are You Interested In Standing For Election?' evenings, on either Monday 11th or Friday 22nd February 2008, at 6pm in the TV lounge, 3rd floor Students' Union.
We'll tell you more about the elections process, and the current Executive Committee will be present to answer any questions you may have about their roles.
If you have any other questions, just email us at elections@cardiff.ac.uk
