Societies, Postgraduate and International Officer
The Societies, Postgraduate and International Officer acts as the main point of contact for societies, with overall responsibility for society activity within the Union. He or she specifically engages with and represents both international and postgraduate students within the University, locally and nationally, liaising with relevant organisations and professional bodies. The SPI officer also takes responsibility for promoting diversity and cultural awareness within the Union, and for co-ordinating events and campaigns with this aim.
