The reception team would like to welcome you to Cardiff University Student’s Union. The welcome desk is situated on the 2nd floor of the Union building. All visitors should report to reception on arrival. At the desk you’ll be greeted by our friendly reception team who can direct you, answer queries for you.
Students, this is the place that you will need to remember if you wish to book meeting rooms in the Student’s Union or at the University. Rooms can be booked throughout the day for your club or society, just present your room bookers card (you will obtain this at the start of term) and provide the necessary information for your booking. As well as getting information about the services and facilities within the Student Union building.
