•Did you need Entry Clearance (Visa) to come to the UK?
•Were you given the correct length of time to remain in the
UK?
Postgraduate students should have been given 4 months after the end date of their course (for courses ending in September 2008, the correct date would be January 2009)
Undergraduates should have been given until the end of the October following their graduation.
•If you think a mistake has been made, come to the Advice and Representation Centre on the third floor of the Students Union or email advice@cardiff.ac.uk. We can ask the Home Office to look at your case and correct any mistakes without charge.
