There is a specialist branch of Santander in your Students' Union. Ground floor, next to Blackwells.

The whole team are trained specifically to deal with all your needs throughout your study. The branch is open 10-6 throughout the week (5pm close on Wednesdays)

Why choose our Student Current Account?

We'll give you £50 if you open a UK Student Current Account between 1 July and 30 November 2012.  The £50 will be paid into your new account:

  • On 18 September 2012, if you open your account between 1 July and 31 August, and your new account is still open on 18 September.
  • On 20 December 2012, if you open your account between 1 September and 30 November and your new account is still open on 20 December.

  • Online Banking: Make the most of your account by using our online Banking service.  You can easily check your statements, pay bills, move money and lots more.  You will automatically be registered when you apply
  • Mobile banking: If you like to keep up to date with your banking on the go, then our Mobile Banking Service will suit you perfectly - also available as a free iPhone and iPad app from the App Store
  • Free text message and email alert service - Our alert service offers Online Banking customers the option of setting up Low/high balance and Payment alerts./li>

Santander Universities division has an annual agreement with your University that supplies a number of grants and bursaries to students to help with study costs, making sure that your time can be spent learning, not worrying about paying the bills.
