We're pleased to announce that our final year students have rated us as the top students' union in Wales for the 4th year in a row.

The 11th annual National Student Survey (NSS) ran from January to April, asking final year students to give feedback on their course and their time at university. The survey also asks students to rate their satisfaction with their students' union. We're pleased to report that we saw a 2% increase in satisfaction in 2015, rising from 85% to 87%, our highest ever score. This increase also sees Cardiff University Students' Union maintain is position in the top 5 students' unions in the UK for another year.

Cardiff University has also recorded its highest level of overall student satisfaction. Up 1% on the previous year, the result puts the University above both the Welsh (85%) and sector-wide (86%) average for overall student satisfaction.

We saw a 2% increase in satisfaction in 2015, rising from 85% to 87%, our highest ever score.

Our SU President, Claire Blakeway, couldn't be more pleased with the progress we've made. "I am delighted to see Cardiff University as a top five students' union for the second year in a row. This is a fantastic achievement and I feel this result really reflects just how much we have progressed over the past year! I look forward to working with all our students to make our Students' Union even better over the next year!"

Our Plan was launched in 2014 to set our organisation objectives for the next three years. As part of our goal to "Be excellent at what we do", we set an objective of attaining a student satisfaction rating of at least 90% and being within the top 3 of all university students' unions within the NSS by 2017.
