The SOUL Campaign
- The Save Our Union Licence (SOUL) Campaign has being running successfully for the last five years now. It is a proactive campaign to improve relations between the local permanent residents and the students as a result of the friction that is caused from levels of noise and vandalism late at night.
- The repercussions of these actions could cause to the Union to lose its late entertainment licence if complaints from the local permanent residents continue. The SOUL Campaign highlights all the time and good work students give to special projects in the local community.
- The SOUL Team will be out regularly in the Union in costume reminding you to keep the noise down on your way home and handing out lollies to keep you quiet!!
- This last year has seen the introduction of a surveillance vehicle to ensure your continued safety on your way home.
