Cardiff University Pagan SocietyCardiff University Pagan Society (CUPS) is an active group of diverse individuals who are all interested in Paganism, Earth Religions, the occult, or similar spiritual paths and traditions.
We:
Hold weekly socials every Thursday night from 8pm, in the Mackintosh pub.
Has talks and workshops (roughly 3 per month) on subjects of interest to Pagans. (Such as Tarot, Ceremonial Magic, mythology, healing, different paths within Paganism, etc.)
Provide links to other Pagan groups and events around South Wales.
Organise trips (roughly 3-4 each year) to places such as Stonehenge, Glastonbury, and the Boscastle Witchcraft Museum.
Have off-shoot member-run groups focusing specifically on subjects, such as the Hermetic Study Group and Tarot Coffee Club.
Celebrate the Pagan festivals that fall within the academic year, with either a ritual, an informal celebration, or a party.
Have a termly magazine (found on our website) created by and for CUPS members.
The Pagan Society is not a working group or coven, but we can provide links to such groups in the South Wales area.
