For the 2nd year running, the Big Band have been asked to provide the pre-concert entertainment for the Cardiff University Choir and Orchestra Concert.

Comic Relief Fundraiser, Talybont Social

Following the success of the Oxfam fundraiser earlier in the year, the Big Band are doing it all again...for Comic Relief!
Featuring the Big Band and comedian Lloyd Langford, come and enjoy an evening of live jazz and comedy.

Admission: Impossible Abseil, Back of SU

As if abseiling down the back of the Union wasn't terrifying enough, the Big Band were at the bottom to provide some musical accompaniment (yes...including the 'Mission Impossible' theme!) for those brave enough to take up the challenge
...all in the name of the 'Admission:Impossible" campaign against top up fees |
