Training Times and Information
Tuesday 7pm - 9pm
Talybont Sports Centre Dojo
Tuesday sessions are high energy competition style sparring and kumite. The sessions begin with a warm up leading to fighting techniques and fitness for higher grades and fighting techniques and basics for lower grades. The sessions are taken by Sensei's Sean Davies and Nici Gittens.
Thursday 8.30pm - 10pm
Talybont Sports Centre Old Hall
Thursday sessions concentrate more on basics and Kata. Less energetic than Tuesday sessions, Thursdays build the basic technique required for fighting and competition Kata and are by no means less challenging. These sessions are taken by Sensei Nici Gittens.
