CARDIFF UNIVERSITY TRAMPOLINING CLUB

Trampolining is great fun and everyone is welcome! It doesn't matter if you have never bounced before, come along and have a go!
We train three times a week in Talybont sports centre (times to be confirmed), we compete in a variety of competitions throughout the academic year and we have great socials!
If you want to know more why not come along to a session, or email us at cardifftramp@hotmail.com

TRAINING

Training sessions are ... Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays

We operate a "sign up" system. There has to be a restricition on the number of people in each session to allow everyone a decent length of time bouncing.

WATCH THIS SPACE... Training times and sign up sessions to be confirmed (very soon)!

Each session costs just £1 (there is a one off joining fee of £15)

All levels are welcome

What should I wear? Comfortable clothes, tracksuit bottoms and a tshirt are ideal. Socks are a must and long sleeves may be prefered (so you don't scratch your elbows!). The hall can get cold in winter so bring a jumper. No jeans.

Do I have to wear a leotard or some sort of crazy lycra outfit?
Nooooo! If you wish to compete you will need a leotard but for training sessions wear whatever is the most comfortable for you.

Should I come to training every week?
This is entirely up to you. If you want to progress and learn new things you should come more often- you get out what you put in!

These sessions are subject to change, check the notice board for latest information.
