Final match up of the Bristol Western Conference saw the Fire at Central in the B.U. Aqua Bowl.
Central take an early 10 point lead converting a power play following a major personal violation by Andy Crayford.
Two quick scores by Taylor give UWC a 20-10 lead at the termination of the 1st period.
Central turn round the situation with slick offence to lead 40-20. Rhys Tamlin dominates the statistics, fooling netminder, Tim Marshall, with a slapshot from inside the 4 metre score zone.
Central extend the lead to 30 points, with smart passing in the N-zone to convert another power play.
Offensive scores from Newcombe and Steve Streeter, 70-60.
Last 5 minutes of play and its a 10 point ball game. The Fire on the offence and Taylor converts to tie the ball game at 90.
UWC on the offence again, Exclusion Central, POWER PLAY Fire. Awesome passing in the N-zone, slap shot Eastmond, 10 points, Fire lead 100-90.
Fianl minute and its the Big-D from UWC, game winning interceptions from Newcombe and Holland.
The Fire finish the season Champions again, Four out of Four.
