Banfield claims BUSA Backstroke Bronzes
Rachael Banfield ended Cardiff's BUSA swimming medal drought on Saturday claiming Bronze in both the 50m backstroke and the 200m backstroke. Her bronze in the 50m backstroke was Cardiff's first individual swimming medal since 1997.More on this story when I find the time!
