Swimming and Water Polo takes Club of the Year at AU awards Ball
The success of Cardiff University Swimming and Water Polo Club was acknowledged at last Saturday's AU awards ball held in the Great Hall. The club scooped the prestigiuos Club of the Year Award which it last won in 2002.Swimmer Racheal Banfield won Fresher of the Year for her achievements in the BUSA Short and Long Course Nationals.
A whole host of CUWSPC stars were awarded Club colours for their commitment to University sport. Andy Crayford was awarded club colours for twenty years of service to the polo team.
