Again proving to be one of the most popular of tha AU clubs over 140 people have signed up to the club. Ranging from those who have never touched a board to others who have vast experience in all types of conditions and surf. We welcome everyone as long as they can put up with what Wales has to throw at them.
This year a new link up with Gower Surfing Development (GSD) sees the opportunitunity for all club members to take part in lesons at half the normal price. Any members wiching to take up this offer can contact Ben at GSD directly

The 2007 BUSA Champs will take place once again in the surfing mecca of Newquay, Cornwall. Always and absolutley awesome weekend to get some wicked surf and party it up with over 5000 other students. Also new to this year is the comps which will be running throughhout the year against other Universities. So far both the Swansea unis are up for it and we have recieved interest from Aberystwyth and possibly Bath. this will give people the chance to take part in a real surf comp and also tighten links with the whole student surfing community in South Wales.
The surf socials are always the highlight of any term and are pretty much guaranteed to be rammed to the rafters with other surfers giving everyone the chance to meet up and see what everyone looks like outside of a wettie!
A huge Thankyou to Citysurf - the official Surf club sponsor. The best surf/skate/snowboard shop in town situated in the Castle Arcade opposite the Cardiff Castle gates. ALL MEMBERS RECEIVE 10% OF CLOTHES AND 5% OF EQUIPMENT.
