RIFLE CLUB
At the rifle club we mainly shoot .22 small-bore rifles at 25 yards at a rifle range 10-15 minutes walk from the Union. It is a sport suitable for both men and women to compete at the same level. You may have been shooting for years or just fancy giving it a try; the club will train you, offer advice and provide all the equipment that you will need.We mainly shoot in postal competitions, but attend meetings at other venues as well, for example this year (2005) we shot in competitions at Sutton Coldfield and Appleton.
We also arrange outdoor full-bore shoots at various venues, including Sennybridge and Bisley.
