KUNG FU
Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese style of martial art teaching many techniques including kicking, punching, locking, take downs, throws and other self-defence techniques. We cater for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome to train with us and can start at any time throughout the year.Our Training times are:
