LADIES HOCKEY
Welcome to one of the best clubs in the Athletic Union!We are one of the largest and most sociable club, and we cater for players of all abilities. We currently have 3 teams that compete in the South Wales Hockey League and in BUSA. For the second year running, we have a 4th team set up for friendlies with the aim of introducing them to competitive hockey next season.
We train twice a week at Talybont, with qualified skills and fitness coaches, and we also meet up each wednesday for a pre-Rubber Duck social at our sponsored pub, The Blackweir Tavern, not far from Talybont.
A bunch of friendly and approachable students run the club, who organise amongst them an annual hockey ball, Christmas dinners, mixed socials with the Men's club, and our end of season tour.
So, join us on the pitch, or in the pub!
