MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28TH 2006, 5:30PM
1. Matters Arising (minutes available online)
a) Brushes in Union vehicles - should now be fitted with brushes/bin bags, however
1 set has gone missing and 3 sets have been broken so far.
o Please take care of equipment provided
b) 24-hour access to Talybont stores - collect keys during opening hours. Requests
to Louise Powell 48 hours in advance (powellL@cf.ac.uk)
No questions.
2. AU Charity Auction - TOMORROW.
Tickets distributed, any remaining CDs need to be in.
Other clubs not performing encouraged to come down to support
Request for clubs to stay behind after Council for less than 5 minutes to reaffirm
rules/details etc
3. Varsity date confirmed - Wednesday 25th April 2006.
4. AU Corridor noticeboards. Competition deadline 15th December. Prize will be £50 for club social event and one gold gym membership.
5. During Januray Exam period use of sports facilities will be cancelled unless requested before 11th December.
Please request ASAP via email to Marion in the AU Office.
6. Any other business:
• Gair rhydd Sport have produced match report templates to help clubs get match reports in paper. - JW to send out tomorrow.
