MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 14TH 2006, 5:30PM
1. Members of Exec Present: James Woodroof, Jo Dingle.JW Announced previous minutes online, and available to print off if desired. Minutes will not be printed out for each Council to save paper. No objections.

Charity for AU Auction to be decided between two options - Sport Relief (JW/JD) or Tenovus (IC - Rifle Club). Each charity was given a short summing up by their proposor and a vote was called:
Sport Relief: 26 Tenovus: 20
The charity to be supported by the AU Auction is therefore Sport Relief.
JD and JW explained the new ideas for the Auction - to have buckets for each club, and to encourage each club to raise lots of ££ for charity, to get really into the fundraising spirit of the night. That people will not be auctioned off, but will be judges X-Factor style by judging panel.
A representative from Netball had concerns that people steal money out of buckets or boxes that were not secure, and suggested finding charity boxes.
A suggestion was made that we pay an extra £1 on entry…
JW suggested we have we had bucket-shaking at the end of each routine and also on the doors at the end of the night
3. Kimmo Muttonen was introduced by JW, and spoke about his role.
4. Gold gym membership form to go to the AU Office ASAP. Deadline: Friday November 24th

Matters arising:
•TRANSPORT. Brushes/brooms and black bags were to be provided - they're not?
JW Action - he will speak to Ali ASAP to ensure something is done.
•24 Access to Talybont kit stores - Possible?
oClub find it inadequate that when they return after 4pm on Sunday afternoons, they cannot put their kit away.
oAU is different from Sport & Exercise, who run Talybont kit stores.
oJW will speak to Sport & Exercise.
oJW asked enquirer to put request in writing in an email.
