Welcome to the Transport section of Cardiff University Students' Union on the Cardiff Students Homepage. Hopefully these pages will tell you all you need to know about transport at the Union. If these pages cannot help you then please email the relevent addresses the bottom of this page. Also provided is a list of people and their numbers who should be of most help to you with you driving queries. However, you first stop should be these pages, the email contacts and the Transport Coordinator.




To book a vehicle, Click on the Ebooking link below and proceed as follows:

Enter your username and password (Every Club/Society has there own specific username and password), and you will be redirected to the booking page.
Fill in all the information it askes for, you will not be able to submit it if the form has not been filled in correctly.
The Form is only able to be submited when the boxes have been filled correctly and between the hours of 0800 and 2400. It is possible to check the validity of the entered data by not checking the terms and conditions box. this is the last piece of data that the form validates, if you have no error messages check the box and submit between the appropriate times. If you do have error messages correct them until only the terms and conditions error appears, check and submit.

Ebooking can only take place up to 28 days (4 weeks) in advance. This can be broken only on a friday, where the program will let you book up to the friday 4 weeks on, plus the saturday and sunday.

For example, if you require transport for saturday the 10/12/05 you will be able to book this from Friday 11/11/05.

Bookings outside of termtime, while not written into the program yet, will need to come and see me in person. Also Bookings for next term will only be taken from the first day of that term.

It is also possible to book vehicles by emailing busbookings directly or by phoning the Transport Coordinator.
