GRIMSOC
The longest running alternative music society in Cardiff that caters for a range of musical tastes. GRIMSoc stands for Goth, Rock, Industrial and Metal Society, but we cover a far wider range of music than that such as Grunge, Darkwave, Punk-Rock, Hardcore, Grindcore, Stoner, EBM, 80s Synth, Nu Metal, Classic Rock, Shock Rock and more! Over the last few years we have taken our members to gigs and events from Derby to Swansea with regular trips to other alternative venus around the country.This year the biggest Alternative Freshers Ball ever was pulled off! With Chang, Komanchi Tribe and Starski coming form their respective parts of the UK to support the GRIM-Cause.
This years future events involve a trip to Newports TJs in two weeks, a trip to the Bristol Bier Keller at the end of term and our Alternative Xmas Party @ Metros on the 8th of December.
