CUSTARD WRESTLING
Custard Wrestling is a new society this year... the name is pretty self explanatory! We started off a small society of just 5 members and since becomming official we have about 150 fun loving members:)
We basically have socials every few weeks, which as anyone who has been will verify, are carnage! They involve drinking games, dares, obstacle courses, custard vodka shots, cheap drinks, good chat and lots of FUN! We are planning on holding two actual wrestling events this year, one in the Go Global week and another one before then which will be members only(!). There are prizes to be won and much fun to had...
Here is a brief rundown of the rules to give you a feel: 4 people are in the ring at once, 2 boys and 2 girls. each match lasts 5-7 mins and the aim is to stay on your feet for as long of this as possible, 4 umpires time one person each. Time penaties are awarded for any illegal moves including above the neck, hair pulling, scratching and punching. The aim is to take your competition down and be the one still standing... but be warned it is very slippy! after everyone has wrestled there is one girl winner and one boy winner who will recieve prizes!!
Yes we do use real custard... last time we did it we used over 100 sachets... and no boys, the girls are not naked!
Finally i have forgotten to mention the whole point of this all... to raise money for charity, and we want our members to have input on where the money goes... afterall it is their money, so far this year we have raised £100 for nightline, and are still counting how much for Motor Neurone Disease.... so aswell as having fun we raise money for charity... join soon to be part of the action!
