We've been up to lots of things in the past year. Events such as the Coventry Market are annual and will be organised again next year. As can be seen, there's pretty much something happening every weekend if you want to take part.

The annual Fresher's Fayre. Busy recruiting new members.
5th October 07
Fresher's Party - much alcohol and sillyness as everyone gets to know each other.
7th October 07
First training session of the academic year. A great opportunity to introduce all the Freshers to the concept of medieval combat, archery and reenactment in general.
21st October 07
Training session in Cardiff Castle
27th October 07
Halloween party at Cosmeston Medieval Village. A chance for everyone to dress up (this year as Ancient Greeks) and be rather silly. Also the first introduction to Cosmeston for our Freshers.
4th November 07
Training session in Cardiff Castle.
10th November 07
Shopping trip to the Medieval Market in Coventry. An opportunity for new and old members alike to buy fabric and kit and have a bit of a day out.
24th November 07
First kit making session of the academic year. A chance for the Freshers to start making their costumes with lots of help and guidance from older members.
1st December 07
Christmas meal at Las Iguanas. An excuse for drunkenness and mexican food.
10th February 08
First training session of the new year - archery and combat in the Castle with a kit making session afterwards.
17th February 08
Kit making and fletching session in the Union. Much fabricy, gluey messyness.
23rd February 08
Members of the Cardiff Castle Garrison took part in Bristol University's RAG Procession.
24th February 08
Training session in the Castle with kit making and fletching session in the Union afterwards.
2nd March 08
Members of the Garrison took part in the Fashion Show for the Union's Global Village event.
9th March 08
Combat training in the Great Hall, Student's Union.
23rd and 24th March
First show of the year - Easter at Cosmeston Medieval Village.
4th and 5th May
Welsh Rebellion show at Cosmeston Medieval Village - a large turn out with both blacksmith and barber-surgeon coming. The group also fielded several combatants and archers in the battle.
