Your Athletic Union
Cardiff is firmly established as the leading University for competitive sport in Wales. We have a huge Athletic Union (AU) that provides around 5,000 members in 60 sports clubs with a variety of support and advice. We can help you with everything from finances to fitness, and setting up new clubs to gaining sponsorship.
It's all about participation and healthy competition. If you want to fulfil your potential, try something new, be part of a team or simply have a fantastic social life, then you've come to the right place.
Contacting Us
The Athletic Union office hours are 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. You can contact any member of the AU team by email or phone during these hours - please see below for each team member's role and contact details.
Finding Us
The AU office is situated on the 3rd floor of the Students' Union. We operate an open door policy and will be happy to help you with your query. It can get busy in the office, so please bear with us. If you would like to arrange a more formal meeting with the AU President, please call Marion and she will help you to co-ordinate this.
As you come up to the 3rd floor, turn left into the TV lounge - the door to the AU corridor is ahead of you on the left. The corridor is filled with information about our various sports clubs and the door to the Athletic Union office is the second on the right. Just follow the signs!
