Success in sales comes down to one thing: selling enough to make a profit. That's going to be every small business owner's goal. This session will help you understand how to develop and increase prospects and leads, realise not everyone will buy your product, how cycles affect sales in some businesses, set up sales goals and develop a sales strategy to achieve your goals. It will also look at an overview on developing start-up cost, and managing finance (cash flow).
