On SUNDAY 23rd NOVEMBER Cardiff Medics will take on Bristol in a day of fierce sporting competition! Medic sports teams from both universities will be competing for victory across 4 sports. These sports include netball, football, hockey (lady’s and men’s) and rugby. Spectator tickets start from £7.50 and include the entire event, hog roast and travel. For an extra £2.50, you can get a medics varsity t-shirt!
Player tickets are £10 and include playing, travel, hog roast and a T-shirt.
Once you have purchased your ticket online, you will need to collect it from the Heath Hub in the IV Lounge. For those of you who have purchased the £10 ticket, you can collect your t-shirts from the Hub as well.
Please bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase
Buses on the day of the event will be leaving Cardiff, outside the IV LOUNGE (Heath Campus) at 9am in the morning and will be heading back from Bristol at 4.30pm, so will be back in Cardiff from 5.30pm.
The Schedule for the day is as follows:
Welcome Talk: 10.30am
Netball: 11am - 12pm
Men's Hockey: 11am - 12pm
Squash: 12pm - 1pm
Ladies Hockey: 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Football: 2pm - 4pm
Rugby: 2pm - 4pm
Awards and Presentation: 4pm - 4.30pm
It is prohibited that you bring drink onto the bus or Coombe Dingle site. Ground staff there will be enforcing this. There will however be a bar at the venue which will serve drinks in plastic cups which you will be able to take out to the side of the pitch. Please ensure you bring cash to the event as there is no cash machine on site.
