Event Information

Exercise is really good for your mental wellbeing and gives you a chance to let go and get active! We’ll be having Zumba dancing and our dance societies, FAD, Slash and Belly Dancing doing sessions for you to come along to.

Dancing Timetable

11am – 11:30am : Zumba

11:45am – 12:15pm : Expression

12:30pm – 1pm : FAD

1:15pm – 1:45pm : Slash Hip Hop

2pm – 2:30pm : Belly Dancing

Mind Your Head Week is Cardiff University Students’ Union’s annual Mental Health campaign, aimed at raising awareness of, and tackling the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
