Ladies' Rugby Club
Welcome to Cardiff University Ladies RFC.
Having won their league this season, the First team being promoted into the Women's National League for the 2023/24 season. Our Seconds team have had a fantastic season in the Western Tier 3 League, with the hopes of being promoted next year! Our Thirds team is ever growing and has been successful this year in coaching players who have gone on to play in our BUCS matches. We believe at CULRFC we have formed an environment that has allowed our members of all abilities to grow and develop as players.

- Monday 20:30-22:00 PM at Llanrumney
- Friday 17.30-18:30 PM at Talybont 3G
Thirds
- Tuesdays 17.00-18.30 PM at Talybont 3G
ALL S&C programmes are released to club members for individual use.
SOCIALS:
We are also one of the most social clubs in the AU and have entertaining socials every Wednesday night. In the past, we have had a diverse range of social themes including the 90s, centurion, twisted Disney as well as the traditional Pub golf!
Our socials are often held at the TAF and thanks to their sponsorship CULRFC get queue jump passes into the SU on a Wednesday night making our girls the first in, and often the last out!
As well as Wednesday socials, our club runs a range of sober socials throughout the term such as aquapark, laserquest and movie + pizza nights!
Our annual tour has brought CULRFC to Italy, Amsterdam, Dublin, Mallorca and Prague in recent years and always proves to be one of the most enjoyable and most memorable events of the year- What goes on tour stays on tour!
FUNDRAISING:
Over the recent years the club has raised money for various charities holding numerous fundraising events such as a 24 hour run and charity BINGO nights! We always love new ideas so get involved in the fundraising committee to leave your stamp on the club!
TRIALS and GIAG's:
With Ladies’ rugby being one of the fastest developing sports in the UK why not give it a go?
Give it a go with Cardiff university ladies rugby club. This session is just a taster for anyone interested in playing ladies rugby. We have three teams so don't worry if you have no experience or loads of experience there is a place for you!
The sessions will take place at Talybont 3G pitch (just opposite Taly North) on:
- Thursday 28th September (Time TBC)
- Thursday 5th October (Time TBC)
This is a free session. Wear sports kit if you can and bring a bottle of water- other than that if you have any questions please either contact us via social media or the club email ladiesrugby@cardiff.ac.uk.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are only available to members that feel dissatisfied from the services provided or those who have been dismissed unfairly from a team. This dissatisfaction must be presented to the committee where they will deliberate and make a final decision.
