gair rhydd & Quench – student newspaper and magazine
Student newspaper gair rhydd is 37 years old and many influential figures in the media industry started out writing for the paper. Student magazine Quench, though younger, is just as well known and has won the Guardian Student Magazine of the Year twice in the last three years.
Xpress Radio – student radio
Student radio station Xpress Radio broadcasts online all year round and on FM once a term.
CUTV – student television
The newest addition to Cardiff Student Media, television station CUTV is beginning its third year after finishing last year in style with video highlights of Varsity 2009 and new drama series 3 Weeks.
